Chicane ‑ The Night Is Yours

The food was really good. Our server was very helpful at explaining the menu! Food came out pretty quickly. The live music was very pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our date night and will be returning.

Food was excellent. Crispy artichoke hearts were amazing! We had Caesar salads – 1 with anchovies, 1 without. Wagyu ribeye was cooked to perfection. Broccolini is prepared with parmesan and hazelnuts. This is a seasonal menu, so items will change, check it out online! Make sure to see what the entertainment is when going Thursday – Saturdays. The band was good, but was loud enough that we couldnt talk to each other. Will definitely go again!

I hosted my daughter’s baby shower at Chicane on Sunday, and it was truly the best venue experience I’ve ever had. From our very first meeting with Laura through the day of the event, everything was completely seamless. The entire team was attentive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They made the day effortless and enjoyable. The food was excellent, and the service was even better. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Chicane for any special event..

Now see, this is why I wish you could leave multiple reviews for the same establishment on Google. We visited for the first (and I thought last) time in November 2024, and with great misgivings I booked reservations for 10 for a large group trip on a Friday night in August, 2026. It ended up being one of the best nights out we’ve ever had from start to finish. I know they had redone the show at Mayfair, but this was like a totally different restaurant.

Checkin was great – the hostess was able to sit our two different reservations together and gave us a great seat just off the stage. We had a 7:30pm reservation, so it was just started to get dark outside, which made for an excellent contrast. The atmosphere was lively and though the restaurant was only about 3/4 full, the people there were into the experience.

Our service all night was exceptional. Shout out to Joe B. who was friendly, funny, quick and managed a large group of people who were all in a fun mood as it was our last night in town. Special recognition to the Sommelier (whose name I’m sorry I forgot) – sprinkled in among the cocktail drinkers were a couple serious wine people and he made two excellent recommendations.

The show was great. Excellent mix of dancing, singing, acrobatics – just crazy stuff happening all night long, but paced beautifully so there were breaks to order, eat, and have conversations with your group. The performers were just perfect – beautiful, energetic, talented – an absolute joy to watch them work and not one of them gave off a “I’m just here for the paycheck” vibe. They set the background to make this a truly exceptional night.

Finally, the food. This might have been my biggest surprise, as I had set the group up to be underwhelmed. After dining at some great spots all week (Din Tai Fung, Gymkhana, Carbones), Mayfair was the one place our somewhat “foodie” group was expecting to be average, but it was anything but. I went with the filet since I hadn’t had steak all week, and honestly it was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had in Vegas. I picked some odd sides (an almost liquid potato puree and beef fried rice, just because I’ve never ever seen that as a side) and both were fantastic. Even the Wedge Salad my wife and I split was great. The rest of the group ranged all raved about their entrees – Prime Rib, King Crab, Lamb). We didn’t go to Mayfair for the food, but the food was just the final piece that overdelivered that night.

Kudos to the staff. As disappointed as I was in our first visit, I was equally pleased with this one. I find it’s very rare a place rebounds to this degree. Maybe it’s new management, maybe they redid their kitchen … who knows. But if you’re in town in late 2026 and looking for a unique night out, I would recommend you check Mayfair out and I hope your experience is as great as ours.

My wife and I came in for her birthday dinner. What an amazing experience. The vibes were absolutely spot-on! Corey (hope I spelled your name correctly!) our server was professional, sweet, and accommodating. My wife had seafood pasta while I had the walleye. Very delicious food, great drinks, and a special birthday surprise for the birthday girl. All around was a great time. Thank you!

I held my daughter’s Bridal shower there this past weekend. I cannot say enough about the Event Director Laura, she was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.Our guests were impressed as well and love the space and food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Chicane for an event.

Went on Saturday, April 25th. Had a wonderful meal – the pork chop is incredible! The Ziti wonderful! We also had the fried polenta as an appetizer what a treat…..and then the Strawberry cheesecake for dessert. Our waiter was terrific and the entertainment Chris Ayotte amazing. We are so grateful that Chicane is in our town❣️ From the owner on down a great bunch of people make each evening special.

Went here on date night with my wife, it was first time here and we enjoyed everything about Chicane! The food was delicious, I had best swordfish I have ever had, and my wife enjoyed her first Wagyu steak ever. We also shared steak poutine which was also very delicious. The atmosphere was very inviting, the jazz band that was there on the Saturday night was very good, and the wait staff was also very friendly. We even had a nice chat with the owner, Don, who was greeting guests at their tables. We definitely will be back for another date night!!

Immaculate vibes, outstanding service, and delicious food!

Had an amazing chopped Italian salad with a wonderful vinaigrette, Grilled Halloumi topped with fresh herbs, citrus, and honey.

The CRISPIEST Fried Polenta that was the perfect mix of sweet, heat, salt, and funk.

One of the BEST Mortadella on focaccia with a perfect balance of pistachio pesto, arugula, basil, fig jam.

Also got to try a wonderful new drink that will be on the spring menu, gin-based with a bit of cucumber and heat to it.

Lastly, the dessert was insanely fresh tasting and the tuile was crispy and the perfect garnish for flavor and aesthetics.

I definitely recommend their happy hour specials, and Wednesdays are half off of wine!
